At Robinson Lighting it is our mission to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. On this page you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchase(s).

General Guideline
All returns are subject to prior approval, and thus it is recommended to call the Robinson Lighting location where you purchased the product(s) to validate a return.

7 Days to Return
“Qualifying” product(s) may be returned within 7 days after purchase. Customer will receive either Robinson Lighting credit or refund equal to the price charged to the customer under the following conditions:
1) Product(s) is returned with original invoice; and
2) Product(s) is returned in original packaging; and
3)Product(s) is returned complete with all parts and not damaged; and
4) Product(s) has not been installed or wired for installation.

Damaged Product(s)
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours after purchase, in which a manufacturer warranty will be applied if applicable.

Floor Model Product(s)
Floor model product(s) are final sale, and thus cannot be exchanged, returned, credited, or refunded.

Final Sale Product(s)
Please be advised that product(s) marked:

SALE-ALL SALES FINAL
FINAL SALE
or any combination, or wording that indicates a “final sale” cannot be exchanged, returned, credited, or refunded.

Special Order Product(s)
If returning special order product(s) (products not regularly stocked), a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
