Just thought I'd drop a line to you and thank you for the excellent work that you did at our home with the lighting system that you installed. The "rail system" and attached "spot bulbs lights", which you attached to our living room ceiling, has completely changed the area, from an ordinary living room, into a show piece area. It looks great on the ceiling, the spot bulb lights, highlight my wife's pictures on the walls, and the under counter LED light strips are phenomenal, they give the whole area a penthouse look and feel.
The correct LED lighting strips you had installed under our cupboards in the kitchen, has made a huge positive appearance to our granite counter tops and back splashes. The Bright White LED strips produce light that make our granite show the quality of the granite and makes the kitchen look fantastic. I for one appreciated the no nonsense approach you take. You take suggestions, but if I disagree, (you have such a vast experience and knowledge on electrical and lighting systems), you make sure to guide one in the right direction and systems that would not just work, but would be perfect for the lighting situation. You truly know your field of expertise.
My wife and I like how everything turned out so much, that we want you to do our TV room, so it matches with the rest of the house. Can't wait to see how that looks.

Program going back to December 2008 when your father, the late Bruce Robinson, also a generous donor, was one of the founding, guiding, caring, well-connected board members of MacKinnon's Y-Not? Anti-Poverty Program Inc. Bruce also began to support the program several years prior to the formation of our board.
You of course are very aware The Y-Not? Program operates two separate anti-poverty programs - namely The RB Russell Y-Not? Downtown Y Anti-Poverty Program and The Stella/Knox Y-Not? Downtown Y Anti-Poverty Program. Via The RB Russell Downtown Y-Not? Program, which began in September 2002, with the support of generous donors such as yourselves, we have been empowered to send over 13,000 Winnipeg School Division inner city students to the Downtown Y for free Y Memberships in order to provide inner city children and youth with the opportunity to pursue a healthy, crime-free, alternative lifestyle. (Winnipeg, which has a serious and tragic poverty problem, is usually designated "The Child Poverty Capital of Canada".) Via The Stella/Knox Y-Not? Downtown Y Anti-Poverty Program, since its inception in July 2006, we have provided free Y Memberships for hundreds of families in need, youth at risk as well as numerous senior citizens.
The Y-Not? Program teaches inner city kids that the best response to life - is the creative response which includes not only mental and physical fitness but also postsecondary education as well as meaningful employment.
The program also teaches that regular exercise is the best and most healthy ant-depressant in the world!
For years Robinson Lighting, a community conscious leader, a key supporter of The Y-Not? Program, has empowered our utilitarian program to shed some considerable light on Winnipeg's poverty-stricken inner city.
Again I can't thank Robinson Lighting enough for your most generous annual support in helping thousands of inner city kids stay out of trouble as well as to help to stabilize family life throughout Winnipeg's inner city through the highly effective Anti-Poverty Strategy of free YMCA-YWCA Membership!
